I saw these Sea Lions at Cape Arago on the Oregon coast in early March of 2019. A lively storm had finally blown through and the sun came out so I zipped out to the coast. There were Sea Lions everywhere! They have lounging in the sun figured out, their pleasure obvious on their funny faces.
They're Calling for Sun was juried into the 2020 Pastels USA International Open Competition.
